2.Applicant conditions
a)Applicants should have a doctor's degree certificate or a certificate issued by the department in charge of the unit's degree to grant the doctor's degree.
b)Applicants should have a professional background in geology, geochemistry, economic geology, and other related fields, and has strong interest in the above research fields.
c)Applicants should have excellent character and academic achievement and be in good health.
d)Applicants should have published relevant academic papers as the first author in SCI journals.

4.Position treatment
a)The salary of the special research assistant consists of the fixed annual salary + floating performance allowance. Four grades of fixed annual salary (A/B/C/D) are provided based on the scientific research ability of the applicant. The annual salary of grade A is 400000￥/year, the annual salary of Class B is 350000￥/year, the annual salary of Class C is 250000yuan/year, and the annual salary of Class D is 150000￥/year (the floating performance, for example project allowance and article award, is not included).

c)Provide short-medium term laboratory study opportunities at home and abroad
